Automatically remove newly created pages from the footer

Hello ..
I would like to remove newly created pages from the footer, automatically. But how ??
Today, I've do this manually .
Here is my footer ..
Hi there.
if you want to display specific pages, then i would:
1. Create a Menu in Appearance > Menus that contains only the pages you want. DO NOT set its Location.
2. Add a Navigation Menu Widget to your footer and select your newly created menu.
