Automatic Load Next / Previous Post on Single Post

Normally, on Single post at the bottom of the page have a "next / previous post link".
how to make the "next / previous post link" automatic load as a full post so visitor can easily scroll without click link?

Currently something like this would take some pretty considerable custom programming.
However, it's a great idea - I'll consider it for the Blog module :)

I was searching exactly for this now i know i need to wait :(
Also it would be cool to be able to display on top of a Single Post 2 Buttons Left and Right for Previous and Next Articel.

try to using "Auto Load Next Post Plugin" but i think is not compatible with GP Themes? i dont know
