Automatic change of H tags?

Hi,
I am currently in the process of changing the design of my website to GPP.
In that process, I have realized I have a bit of a mess in the structure of my posts with the H tags. Do you know of any way to change all H4 titles to H3 and all H3 titles to H2 titles in an easy and fast way?
Is there any way I can update this quickly in the GPP code or anything like that?
I am dreading I have to do this manually:-)

There isn't any <h4> in theme elements.
Are you referring to the content that you've added?
If so changing it manually is the only way.
yes, I am referring to all my blog posts where I need to change all the H3 tags to H2 tags and was hoping there was some way to do this easily in the code as I dread doing it for more than 500 posts manually.

The theme itself won't have anything like this built-in as it just uses the default WordPress editor.
I'm not aware of a solution like this unfortunately.
