Auto Sub heading navigation

Hi Tom
I'm trying to provide much information on a single page and I think it's a good idea to have a sticky navigation on left side of the page as I draw here: 
This will help visitors to easily navigate to information they need.
Is there a way to achieve this using GP please?

previously I checked the scroll to ID plug-in but it seems to have some conflicts with my theme so I deactivated it I will try this again
