Auto-Contain Elements Button? (Feature already? or Feature Request?)

Sorry for the title...

But is there a built-in existing feature to:

• Select elements in the LIST VIEW
• Press a button to automatically put them in a Container?

If I forget to create a container first - I end up awkwardly dragging them into a container element after-the-fact.

It would be really nice to shift-select items in the list view > press a button> and have a container wrap chosen items.

If it already exists - I am having trouble finding it.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
