Auto Collapse Menu with Anchor Links
4 replies · Started by Ethan on June 10, 2020
I am creating a website using single pages with anchor links. When I am navigating through the anchor links that share a single page, the menu remains sticky and does not disappear. I have searched everywhere for answers.
Also note: the navigation "hover" is also affected but that is something I can work through atm, unless, you have a work-around for that too.
I can send a link to the website, but, it is in "maintenance mode". I can change that if I know there is someone actively helping.
Thanks for the help!
Hi there,
Not sure if I fully understand.
So you don't want the sticky navigation basically?

Leo,
The navigation is sticky which is what I want.
Example:
I have a page, Home, that contains multiple anchor links. When I am on the home page & click on the drop menu to navigate to an anchor link, which is located on the home page, the drop menu remains sticky. Only when I click on the page will the drop menu disappear. Otherwise it sticks there blocking the viewer.
The sub-menu will stick to the navigation.
Leo,
It seems I have having this issue in Chrome desktop & on my iPad. If that helps you out any. Thanks.

What if you do this first parent menu item link?
