Author Name disapear on blog post

Hi,
I'm not sure what happened by the author text disappear on my blog post header.
I've double checked the coloring and the text color is correct. I'm not sure where this is coming from.
Also, how do I add a separator between author and last updated field?

Have you resolved this issue? I can see the author name no problem:
