I want to add the “author box” below posts and the “author archive page” to list all the authors in blocks.

Please suggest.

you can create your own Author Box for single posts using a Block Element:

isn’t something that WP or GP has built in as standard ie. theres no ‘archive’ of ‘authors’.
I would suggest building this as a static page
