Author bio question

Hi,
I have an author bio box set up for myself to show up on every article I publish. I now have a guest post I am trying to publish and I can't figure out how to show a bio for another author. I created a new user, added the author bio to WP under "Biographical Info" and chose that user as the author of the article, but the article still shows my author bio. I assume this is probably due to how I have the element/hook set up. I am not sure what you need from me in order to help me.

Is the author bio box is set to dynamic or static?

Honestly, I am not sure. I can't figure out how to override the author bio so maybe that means it's static. In Leo's video, it doesn't show how to choose a different author.
In Leo's video, the author is set to dynamic, so it shows the author name of the post dynamically, you don't need to manually change the name.
I would recommend watching the video more carefully to learn how to set the author box dynamically.
If you can link me to your site where I can see the author box, I might be able to tell how you set it.
Yeah, I watched the video again and I understand it now. Do I delete the existing static author bio I have been using? That scares me to delete something. I need to rebuild it using Leo's method.
Nothing wrong with keeping the existing one until the new one is built.
