[Support request] Author Avatar Not Displaying

Hey ya!

We have a custom element for author meta and related posts. The author avatar isn’t rendering on the front end. No errors in the logs and running php 8.1. Just started a few days ago.

It’s not outputting the image in the html at all on the front end.

Hi Mike,

Can you check if the Show avatar box is ticked at Dashboard > Settings > Discussion > Avatars?

If so, can you provide an admin login so we can take a look at the back end?

It’s back! That option was off!

I turned it off to save some domnodes for core web vitals!

We’re building a brand new support forum for both GP Premium and GB pro, it should not have this issue 🙂
