    we use generateblocks pro with generatepress premium and our author avatars and post dates dont show
    – we use a page hero and a hook for post bottom

    I’ve checked the Column container that’s supposed to hold it but it seems empty.

    Can you share the block you’ve used to display the author’s avatar?

    You can provide temporary backend access if you need help in checking things on the backend. You can use the private information text field to provide the details. πŸ˜€

    post hero and post bottom

    The post date seems working.

    For the avatar issue, can you try disable all plugins except GP premium and GenerateBlocks to test?

    Hi Ying, I can see the post date as well now. It didnt work before, did you do anything to fix it?

    I now deactivated all other plugins, but the issue with the avatar images is still there. I also sent you a screencast below.

    Can you try go to Settings > Discussion, and check theShow Avatars box?
