I've changed it to an GB image block and set the width to 90% but the container is still bleeding off to the side.

Any ideas on what I could try? Thanks!

On what view is it "bleeding out"? I tried checking it from my end, and I can't replicate the issue. Can you try clearing the cache of your browser first? Or, try using a different browser to test.

I'll make a screenshot to show you what I mean. The edges of the author box aren't in line with the posts in the archive page.

Hi there,

the Block Element you created to add the Author box, is the Element Type a Page Hero - if it is then in those settings there is a Disable Title option, which should the theme author title and description.
