audio player in footer does not work on every page

Hi guys,
problem ... i have installed the Soundy Audio Player on a new website i am creating these days and it works fine BUT
on "Impressum" and "News//Blog" it is NOT working ???...
can you tell me why ?
PS:
forget it - i mark this as resolved - i removed the player from the footer ;)
