for read more button, i think it comes because i insert read more tag. you can see this for read more, and this for post.

btw for problem no 2, i want my archive pages looks like post. like photos i post above.

So basically you want to keep the HTML style? Then you need to use the more tag:

yes, i have activated excerpt. and as i said earlier, i think read more button disabled after i add read more tag on WYSIWYG box.

basically i want my archive pages look like this

I just tested, adding the more tag doesn't hide the button.

Just double checking you aren't using the custom excerpt field are you?

So basically you want the HTML/paragraph tag, that case you need to use the more tag.
