Where do I find the recommended image sizes for starter sites? I am using the Arctic starter site.

Hi there,

the maximum image size being used on Artic is 800px wide.
The specific image sizes that artic displays is 800px x 400px. But you can use any image ratio size, but we suggest that you keep those sizes consistent.

Are there any specific sizes for blog images?

Artic uses the same size featured image on the Blog/Archives and the Single Post.
Images within the post content would be limited to 680px wide.
