Are the Icon Location and Icon Alignment selectors gone?

Hi, I have the need to center an icon above headline text, however that functionality seems to no longer be in GP Premium. Are the Icon Location and Icon Alignment selectors gone? Am I correct, or is this somehow not loading for me? Thanks!
Edit: If they have been removed, is there a CSS snippet you have handy to accomplish this? Thank you
Hi Tony,
The GB 1.7 update introduced a lot of new features.
In your case, select the headline block, in the layout panel, select display: flex, direction: column, align-items: center.
