Are Site Library themes now using Flexbox?

Apologies if the answer is printed somewhere on the website!
I'm trying to build using Flexbox for future compatibility with GP themes and plugins. Have all themes in the Site Library been updated to use Flexbox?
The ones I'm particularly interested in are Avery, Dev, and Stream.
