Are GP-theme, generateblocks, plugins (WP show posts) complementory?

Hello,
I like to work with a complete toolset for my WP sites.
GP is the best theme I've come to know.
Now, there are some more products you created: WP show posts for instance.
And GenerateBlocks Pro is coming.
Do these products complement each other?
Or are the plugins part of the central theme?
In other words: do I risk a redundant purcahse?
Might there is a chance that in the near future these products blend into one?

Both WP Show Posts and GenerateBlocks are both standalone plugins for adding content to your site. If you need to place a list of posts within static page content then WPSP is the plugin for you.
If you want to design your content in the page editor then GB is the plugin for you :)
The theme will never absorb that kind of functionality as we believe Themes should not be responsible for controlling the content you add, as this can lead to Theme Lock-in.
They of course work really well with the theme and combining GB with the GPP Block Element module really does make perfect sense.
