    Hi.

How can I create an archive page layout, where there is a small thumbnail on the left and the excerpt is on the right?

I don’t want the excerpt to wrap. In other words, the page would look like it is two columns. In the left column is the featured image and in the right column is the excerpt and read more button.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

if you can add the thumbnail to the post archives ill take a look at the CSS required.

As an aside we are releasing GPP 2.0 this week for alpha testing, with it you will be able to build your own archive templates using the Block Element and GenerateBlocks…. might be worth the wait πŸ™‚ Its quite a big update so the full release won’t be ready for a couple of weeks.

Thanks, David. I will wait on GPP 2.0.

I know that beta means that software is still in the testing stages.

Does alpha mean it the final release?

    Thank you.

Alpha comes first – so Alpha > Beta > Release Candidate (RC) –> Final Release.
Generally it takes a couple of weeks to get from Alpha to Final.
