Archive layout for CPTs - Customiser or FSE Block editor

Is archive layout setting for CPTs coming to the Customiser?
Or I should wait for FSE block editor compatibility?
(I'm taking about entire page layout, not just cards.)

When you say archive layout setting for CPT do you mean something like what we currently have for posts?
Any specific feature are you asking for?

Yes, like Customizer > Layout > Blog.
There's no setting other than for Posts.

Anything specific you need to change ? We can provide some snippets if needed ?
I'd like to change the layout for each CPT.
eg. Kadence theme has separate layout setting for each CPT in Customizer.
Today it requires some PHP Snippets - which we're happy to provide.
The future however is most likely going to be driven with Block Editing.
We're working on updates for GP Block Elements module and GenerateBlocks so you can visually build your own archive layouts including the post grid itself. Looking at early Q1 of 2022 for release.
