Archive featured images have unexpected sizes after GP Premium 1.10 update

Before GP Premium 1.10 update, my archive featured images were all the some size.
Since the update, I am getting unexpected sizes - some images are tall, some are short, etc. I feel I understand custom image sizes pretty well but just can't figure out what it happening here.
So far I have:
cleared browser cache
disabled WP-Rocket
Regenerated thumbnails
Uploaded new image
Checked that uploaded images are larger then what I am cropping them to
But just can't get a uniform image size.
What am I missing here?

Hi there,
Are you using any custom functions to resize the featured images?
What is the customizer setting set for currently?
Let me know :)
Hi Leo,
I am not using any custom functions to resize images.
I included my customizer in the screenshot, but it is set to 768 width x 432 height.
Can you try to upload a picture that's larger in height like all other pictures that are working correctly?
Let me know :)
Thanks Leo.
I just uploaded a 'portrait' image and had the same results.

That screenshot doesn't see to show anything.
I think the live site is still showing the same image?
Let me know :)
Weird. The screenshot should be displaying now.
Is there some sort of caching issue going on?
This is what I'm seeing:

Looks like the newest post is missing.
We are talking about the Operation Lifeline post here right?
Can you try only setting the height property in the customizer and leave the width to Auto?
Leaving the width as auto and height at 240px seems to resolve the issue. Thank you.
No problem :)
