Archive Feature Image CLS Issue

Hello,, I have enable archive feature image ,,, and it becomes cls 0.368 .. when i disable archive feature image cls becomes 0//
i want to keep feature image... i have disable native lazy load .. and not using any lazy loaded plugin...

can you go the Customizer > Layout > Blog --> Featured Images and make sure the width and height fields are empty.
thanks I have cls 0 with feature image,, i was set it from medium size to full size....

I'm having the same issue (CLS caused by featured image on post page). However my Customizer > Layout > Blog –> Featured Images width and height fields are empty.
The Media Attachment Size is set to "full".
I tried disabling lazyloading for the image with code you posted in another thread, but it still persists.
When I throttle my connection, I can see the post loading and only after the featured image loads and moves all content below it lower.
