Apostrophes missing

NEVERMIND -> I found it's and issue with easy table of contents plugin.
Hello, I've noticed that apostrophes are not showing in my posts' content and H2. They remain normal in H1 and in editor, but once I publish the article they are gone.
I'm using the latest version of Generatepress and GP premium, but I'm not sure if it started after updating the theme.

The issue is related to Easy Table of Contents plugin.

According to that support topic, the issue has been fixed in the more recent update.
So update that plugin
