[Resolved] Another How to Edit Header question

Hi, I am much enjoying exploring generatepress pro and its options. thank you for such a wonderful product. 🙂

I am stuck with finding a wqy to add something (in this case a drop down menu via shortcode) to my header. (Please see private info section). The header has the title and logo to the left. With a big space to the right, but I have not been able to find a way to edit that space. I looked at adding a header element and did not see how that would let me edit the actual existing header the way I would like.

Any help would be much appreciated.

theres several options, the simplest one is adding your shortcode to the Appearance > Widgets -> Header Widget

Hi David, many thanks for that. It worked perfectly for what I heed. I had not even realized that widgets could be added to the header (DOH! face palm….) possibly because no previous theme I’ve used had that option.
