[Resolved] Animation icon button

Can some body tell me how this button animation work.
The website owner turned it off so I have to use:

Hi Sato Mori,

It’s a bit complicated but all done with HTML and CSS. Unfortunately, something really custom like this would be out of our scope of support.

I would recommend looking in codepen for anything similar. I would also recommend hiring a developer for such an animation.
