I try to create an Hook with Elements.
The problem : the block editor is very basic (I must write HTML) and I can't display all the options of GB on the right sidebar...
What should I do please ?

GenerateBlocks is a separate plugin that has to be installed.
And you will only see the Block Editor and GB Blocks in the Block Element.
You won't see it in the Hook or Page Header Elements - they do require HTML.
