Anchors on the page

I have a problem at http://pracata-test.skauting.cz/o-nas/.
When I click on the anchor, it covers the menu that moves on the web. How do I get anchor under the menu?

Then adjust the 70 value on this line to match your navigation height:
scrollTop: target.offset().top - 70
