Hi,
I have added a name anchor on the footer of most of my page to add a direct link to that part of the page but it's not working from a direct URL or within the page...
I have added a name="portfolio" tag in my footer, but when I add #portfolio to a URL, it does not scroll down (same thing with a complete URL like http://pro-actif.ca/logo#portfolio/)
Any help?

I'm not seeing anything in the footer/copyright bar?

You should be able to use SiteURL/#footer-widgets` as the anchor.
