Anchor link with space on top

Good morning to all.
I have put an anchor link in my menu contacts>team
It works, but appears half hidden from the menu bar.
How can I add 40/50px so it is all visible.

try the smooth-scroll option - this will offset the height of the menu bar when using on page links:
