Anchor Link Option Not Showing in Gutenberg

I have version 7.7.1 of the Gutenberg plugin installed but still I only see the CSS but not the anchor links options in the advanced section of the blocks panel. Any ideas why?

its only available on certain blocks like the Heading and Group block. I just checked the latest version and they are there. Let me know
