Anchor for accordion in a TAB-Block possible?

Hello,
it is possible to jump direct in a accordion-item thats inside a tab-block?
Tabs -> Tab Items -> Tab Item
-> Tab Item
-> Tab Item -> Container -> accordion -> accordion item (here i will place an anchor to jump in / open it
The "easy" way with place the anchor in the accordion item doesn't work. I think because it's in a TAB-Block?

What if you set the accordion item to be open by default, then add the anchor to the tab item container?

many thanks. This works well for the "tab item" - but I try to jump into an accordion section under this tab item.
Unfortunately this doesn't work for me.
Maybe an example side help here?:

unfortunately that is not possible.
The accordions and tabs are not "linked" in any way, so one cannot open the other.
