/amp to ?amp

Hello!
I used wpforamp plugin wich redirected all mobile users to the /amp urls. Now I use AMP plugin, the problem is when using the transicional mode. Now none of my old /amp Urls redirect to the ?amp ones giving me 404 errors
Do I have to make 301 redirect of all of them? Or wait for google to index it?

Yes, the urls get indexed automatically.
