Hey guys,
I am trying to load amazon affiliate ads on my site. I have tried both Advanced Ads Pro plugin and the Ad Inserter (Free) plugin. Google ads, and other affiliate ads are loading with no problem. However, I am unable to get my amazon native and custom ads to display. I have tried almost everything I could think of. Advanced Ads techs have looked into it, but they aren’t very helpful and don’t seem to be able to determine what is causing the issue. They have been very hard to get in contact with. I have deactivated my complianz plugins and all of my optimization plugins (Perfmatters and Flying Press). No change. Could you tell me if there is anything you’ve run across in the past that may be causing this issue? Please take a look and see if you see anything that is blocking the ads from displaying properly. I have been at this for the past two weeks and have not found an answer.

If so, it could be a device, browser, or network issue.
Can you try using a different device and internet provider to test?
No, that is the banner. I was having issues with the native custom ads. I think I have figured out a way around that. I appreciate you looking into it though. It must be something with Amazon. I can get regular text and image ads and banner ads to load, but not the recommendation and custom native ads.

Can you think of any reason why the amazon native and custom ads won’t load? Have you heard of Amazon having trouble with those from other clients? Just curious. I would like to be able to use them in the future.

I can’t recall other mentions of this off the top of my head but also users don’t usually mention Amazon related questions here too often.
Maybe try a forum like Stack and see if anyone else encountered the issue?
