Alternative to span for blocks?

I'm using GP & GB pro and I remember reading that span elements will not work within the blocks. I'm trying to use two different fonts for specific words in an H1. What would be the best work around to accomplish something like this GP?

You can use span on different words within a block.
Gutenberg's UI has an option to edit blocks' HTML as shown here - https://share.getcloudapp.com/Wnuq9n4k

That works as well but that'll mean you'll have to manually style it.
