Alternate logo on scroll?

Is there a way to have an alternate logo display when you scroll and it minimizes and stays on the top? I have it fixed and minimize on scroll but the logo is on white in the normal state and I need to give it a white box behind it on scroll on the darker colored nav bar. In other words, our black logo doesn't work on the dark blue menu bar when you scroll and it gets smaller. I'd like to tell it "on scroll, use this alternate logo" which would be our logo on a white background so it shows up on the bar.
Any way to do that?
