Alternate logo in page header not showing up

Hi!

I configured my header in the customizer with a black background and a white logo and it works fine. However, I want some of my pages to have a white header with a black logo.

I created a page header uploading a black version of the logo and I assigned it to those specific pages, but the black logo does not show up. I "see" the default logo (white) instead. The other settings of the header work fine: background color, navigation colors...

Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance!

Hi there,

So the contact page is using a specific page header with a specific logo but it's not showing up?

Any caching plugins?

Let me know :)

Hi Leo! That's correct.

No caching plugins. :/

Do you have any custom functions related to the logo added? Filters etc..?

Hi Tom,

No functions or filters. :(

Hi!

I think I've found what's causing the issue.

For some reason GP was showing the retina version of the logo (white).

<img class="header-image" alt="Batiscafo" src="https://wearebatiscafo.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/logo-alt.png" title="Batiscafo" srcset="https://wearebatiscafo.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/logo-alt.png 1x, https://wearebatiscafo.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/batiscafo_2x.png 2x" width="265" height="41">

I removed the retina logo in the customizer and now the black logo of the specific page header is showing up as expected.

It's a bug I guess.

Just one more question: Is it possible to set specific mobile headers?

Thanks!

Hi Tom!

Yeah, I mean creating different mobile headers with their own backgrounds, navigation colors, etc. to match the headers we create with the page header feature.

I think it would be great to have mobile options on the page header edit page. :)

Thanks!

I agree, I think that would be very useful. Added to our roadmap :)
