Already disabled ‘Content Title’ in layout options but (Home) still appears on my front page. How should i remove this? site provided in private information.

I’m not seeing “Home” on the link you shared.

I see. Disabling the title won’t remove it from the Browser tab. You can probably try a plugin like Yoast SEO. See here for reference: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/browser-tab-title-3/
