Hi

I am facing two issues with my WP site

1- I have 4 categories previously, now i deleted one and three are remaining , I have updated menu as well. But on site it still shows 4 categories

2-I have published 33 posts, but only 30 are showing. I am using recent posts as my home page but only 30 are showing. Latest 2-3 new posts are not showing on home page as well as on category as well.

I have deleted my cache plugin as well still issue not resolved.
Strange thins is that when I am logged on both issues appears to be okay as soon as I log out and open the site , both problem arises once again.
Please assist.

Hi there,

if the site is functioning correctly whilst you're logged in then it may be a caching issue.
Can you check with your host to see if the server has page caching as that may need clearing.

Hi David,

I also deactivated the cache manager available on my host.

Still same issue.

CAn you share a link to where i can see the issue ?

Hi, see the link below for web in separate window below.

In blog menu, you will see last menu "outdoor", it is still appearing, but i deleted this one. Also last 3 posts are not showing anywhere, they are published and visible but not appearing on home latest posts and also not in category as well.

Ok, so i do not see that menu item and i checked the blog and there are 33 posts.

This could be a local cache issue or a CDN issue.

Can you check the site in an Incognito/Private browser on a different network ?

If the issue persists check if there is a CDN on the site, and get that to refresh its caches.

Hi David,

I checked the website using a VPN and yes the category has been removed and all posts are showing as well.
But how can i set the issue on normal website because i have uninstalled cache plugin and on my hosting as well I am not using any cache service.

The Theme has no control over this.

The issue will be that "somewhere" there is a cached copy of your site.
This could be:

Your Browser ( clear its caches and delete cookies ), your Router or ISP ( try resetting router ), or its your server / CDN.
Most of the time its an issue between an optimisation plugin and your browser.
Which optimization/cache plugin were you using ?
