Alignment & Margin Issue

I am unable to align the left container in a center position vertically despite the settings.

The margins are getting exceeded by the bottom container. I am unable to bring it within the margins indicated by the red lines.

Hi there,
1. select the bottom headline block, and in Spacing set the bottom margin to 0
2. those 2 sections, the parent container blocks have different padding.
The top container has 40px left padding, and the bottom one has 40px right padding.
Add 40px left and right padding to both of them.
