Alignment issues between columns

I can't seem to figure out why these two columns are not lining up. They are both set to 'middle" but they also have the same number of lines of content at the same size.

You should probably check with Elementor on this one.
Since the content is from Elementor, all the CSS/styles are from the plugin as well.
How can I tell what is part of your theme, and what is part of elementor? Just so I don't ask too many questions to the wrong people.
If the contents within the Elementor plugin then it's likely Elementor.
