Alignment between the two containers of a grid

Hi
I have a photo in one container with a headline, and some text in the other container.
I got the two text lines in the two containers of a grid to align horizontally. But it still looks off overall probably because the textual container on the right doesn't end at the same place as the photo. So it looks dangling somewhere. Can you please help me make this look visually sound. Probably the "I'm the founder..." text needs to start after some vertical gap, but I am not sure. Grateful for the help :)

each container has various options to adjust positioning of its content.
Theres the Vertical Alignment option:

You can also adjust the Top / Bottom Padding of the Container
Or each block within it you can adjust its margin or padding.
