Align text and image

Dear GP-team,
I'd like to align a text and and an image container (from Grid Layout), so that both are aligned on the top (image privately attached to show better what I mean).
I only find options for vertical and horizontal alignments in the grid-settings, but that's not solving the issue and only affecting the image apparently.

Hi there,
1. Select the Grid block, set its vertical alignment to top.
2. Change the -15px top margin of the image block to0.5em.
