Align picture on right in section

You know how I can accomplish this picture on the right in the easiest way?

The picture is currently inserted as a full width background image.

Hmm is that a picture? What about use an image editing program to add it onto the background image?
it's a picture yes. so it would work but i it should clickable as a link.
The easiest way would be to use Add Media from WordPress: https://codex.wordpress.org/Inserting_Media_into_Posts_and_Pages
You can set a Custom URL: https://codex.wordpress.org/Inserting_Media_into_Posts_and_Pages#Image_Link
Then align to the right using the visual editor: https://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/
