There's missing CSS. Can you try setting the CSS Print Method in GenerateBlocks > Settings to Inline Embedding to test?

Glad it's working now! If you wish to return to External File - CSS Print Method and the issue reoccurs, let us know. Your server might be causing the issue or something else.
