Align header content with body content

Hi There,
I'd like to know how to align header content with body content.
At the moment each module in the body uses:
Container: Full Width
Inner Container: Contained
Container Width: 820 px
I've tried to align header content with body content by playing around with the padding in the element section, but the header content doesn't quite match up and looks particular misaligned for certain viewports (mobile seems to match up though).
I'm thinking I need some custom CSS to ensure the header content always alights with the body content, but haven't had much luck yet. I'm hoping you guys might be able to help?

Looks like the issue is that the GenerateBlocks container width is set at 820px but the customizer container width which controls the header width is set at 1100px:

You would need to match the two settings to have the same width.
