Aiseo block css help

Hi,
I'm not good at finding the right css part. On my sitemap page I'm using AllinOneSeo sitemap block. I'm not able to find the correct css part to make changes that will work only on this page!
When I change some css for lists everything on my site contaning list is changing.
Would u pls help me about this? I'd like to change line height and font size for listed blog posts!
