After updated to WP 4.9.1 the layout widgets disappeared

No I'm actually talking about when editing a specific page: http://d.pr/i/eCuOSY

The widgets in the page, not the global layout settings. These controls disappeared after my WP update.

The Layout Metabox I linked is on the Edit Page screen for specific pages, not global setting.

We've combined all the metabox into one starting in GP 2.0

Also make sure you are using the latest GP and GPP:
