I have tried on both sites and the only active plugin was the GP Premium and the problem still exist on both sites.

Looks like a bug in 2.0 when using the automatic WP menu.

On my dev-site http://cfonline.dk I have tried to create a little menu and setting the theme location as you wanted. That works on mobile devices as you can see.
