Do you mean deleting the blog page from pages > blog? If so, have you created a new blog page and assign it as the posts/blog page at settings> reading?

We’re not sure what the cause of the issue is yet. Can you try rebuilding permalinks? To do this, go to Settings > Permalinks and just hit save.
