After deleting the blog page, re-create a new blog template in Elements_blocks and refresh the blog page without displaying the content

Do you mean deleting the blog page from pages > blog? If so, have you created a new blog page and assign it as the posts/blog page at settings> reading?

We're not sure what the cause of the issue is yet. Can you try rebuilding permalinks? To do this, go to Settings > Permalinks and just hit save.
HI，Fernando ，I re-saved Permalinks, but it still doesn't show up. I have installed the sub-theme of Generatepress before, I don't know if it has any effect.

To test, can you try setting the Permalink setting to Post name?
