After clicked go-top button can't scroll down with the mouse again

Hi,
It only happens to me in firefox 81 (not in chrome or edge), after clicked the go-top button once I can't scroll down again with the mouse, it keeps sticking to the top.
Firefox says:

After checking some more, it has something to do with my child theme. Does not happen activating the GP parent theme.

Finally, I've found the cause. My custom css was generating the issue.
body {border-top: 6px solid yellow;}
